New Merchandise Returns or Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise when you receive it, please return it to us in its original condition. All tags and tickets (including manufacturer tags) should still be attached to the garment(s) and the garment(s)/item(s) must be in new,unworn, unlaundered and in a resale condition for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds are subject to a restocking fee if purchased over 120 days ago.
Send your return to us via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. Please insure your package for its full value. Our return delivery address is:

Include a copy of your original packing slip with your merchandise and please annotate if you would like a refund or an exchange.
If you would like to exchange the merchandise please indicate what size you would like as a replacement.
Allow 3 to 5 days after receipt for your refund or exchange to be processed.
We will send a return or exchange notification receipt for your records.
Shipping and Handling fees are not-refundable
Merchandise exchanges will be shipped back to you with no additional shipping fee via UPS ground services. (Only applies to Addresses within the Continental United States.)

Refund Restocking Fee Time Line
Items purchased within the last 120 days are eligible for a full refund.
Items purchased within the last 121 days to 149 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items purchased over 149 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Shipping Damage
Occasionally merchandise can be damaged while in shipment. Though we make every attempt to package all fragile items in manner to avoid damage however there is some possibility of damage occurring.
Please immediately contact us at 888-273-7039 if you open your package and discover a damaged product within.
We will arrange for the pickup of this damaged item by the delivery company if the damage is due to mishandling by the shipping company. Or we will supply you with a return label and/or a replacement item as appropriate.
Failure to notify us within one week of receipt of your package may result in your claim being denied.

Worn Merchandise Returns
Occasionally merchandise does not wear as anticipated.
If you are unsatisfied with the wear of your merchandise you may return it to us for evaluation. Please email us or call us at 888-273-7039 during our customer service hours to arrange for merchandise inspection. (Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm PST)
Boot manufacturers do not guarantee sole wear and may require Renton Western Wear to send the boots back for factory inspection prior to authorizing a replacement pair.
Your return shipping will be refunded to you if the merchandise is deemed a manufacturer defect and replaced by Renton Western Wear.
